+ How to Prepare for Your Akashic Record Reading

I’m looking forward to connecting with you soon for our Akashic Record Reading! Here are some tips on how to prepare for your session to make the most of our time together.

1. Relax & Prepare to Receive

I recommend taking at least 10-15 minutes right before the call to meditate and prepare yourself to receive and be present. The link above is your guided relaxation meditation that’s included with your Akashic Record Reading. If you wish to, you can listen to this audio recording just before our session to help you come into a relaxed state. It’s not required that you listen to it (we’ll be able to do our session either way), so feel free to use it if and however you feel called to. If you don’t like meditating, you’re welcome to do anything that might help you relax, get comfortable, and be present (or do nothing at all).

2. Make a List of Questions/Curiosity

Spend some time the day before the reading preparing a list of questions you’d like to ask during the session. The session is driven by your questions, so if you have things you’d like to ask or at least an idea of what topics/areas of life you’d like to explore through the Akashic Records, that will be helpful to make the most of your time.

3. Set the Space (Internally and Externally)

The quality of the reading is deeply impacted by the energy you bring to it, so it’s in your best interest to make sure you are ready to be attentive and will not be disturbed for the duration of the call. Do what you can to let the people around you know that you’ll be occupied for the next hour and to not disturb you. If you have kids, I know that this might not be possible and that’s okay. Do your best to take this time for yourself, but of course please do what is practical and necessary to care for yourself and your family.

Take time to ensure that you have everything you might need with you (water, a notebook and pen, etc) with you, so you won’t be distracted. Please note that you have the option for the session to be recorded – so you don’t need to take notes if you don’t want to, you’ll be able to just relax, receive, and be present without worrying about writing everything down.

I also encourage you to set up your environment to be peaceful and quiet, if you’d like to burn incense or light a candle to set the vibe, go for it!
