People pleasing is an easy cycle to get into, and once you’re in it, it can be very uncomfortable to disrupt that pattern. In this past year I’ve made an intentional effort to prioritize my own alignment over my desperation to please others. This has been challenging, but it gets easier over time, and I’m hoping that what I’ve noticed as I’ve tried to shift this pattern will help you break free of this trap too.
