At Meena Ruchi Magic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. We strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and maintain fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice:
1.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
1.2. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email to inform us of the change. - Regular Cancellation:
2.1. If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
2.2. The 10% cancellation fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your session that cannot be reallocated to another client on short notice. - Late Cancellation:
3.1. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee.
3.2. The 30% late cancellation fee is intended to compensate for the time reserved for your session that cannot be utilized for another client due to your late cancellation. - No-Show Policy:
4.1. If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.”
4.2. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment.
4.3. The no-show fee is intended to compensate for the time reserved for your session that cannot be utilized for another client due to your absence. - Rescheduling:
5.1. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule a session.
5.2. If you need to reschedule a session, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the availability of alternative time slots.
5.3. Please note that rescheduling a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice may still incur a late cancellation fee as per section 3. - Payment:
6.1. Any applicable cancellation fees or no-show charges will be billed to you and should be settled within 7 days from the date of the missed appointment.
By scheduling a session with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy and agree to abide by its terms.
